Staff Conduct
All staff members are expected to maintain the highest standards of integrity and professionalism. Any abuse of privileges, misconduct, or mistreatment of players will result in immediate removal and a permanent ban from the network.
If the server owner is found misusing their powers, they will receive a single final warning. Continued misconduct will result in permanent removal from the network, loss of all access to server data, and loss of access to Penguin Universe’s Frostwing.
Respectful Behavior / doxxing / harrassment
Players must treat all members of the community with respect and refrain from any form of harassment, discrimination, or bullying. Harassment includes, but is not limited to:

Posting or sharing someone’s real-life photo, name, voice, social media accounts, or any other personal information without their clear permission.

Targeting a player or staff member by spamming or directing others to spam their YouTube channel or any other online account.

Coordinated or repeated attempts to intimidate, mock, or pressure someone, whether publicly or privately.

Encouraging others to attack, message, raid, or follow someone with harmful intent.

Impersonation, defamation, or attempts to damage someone’s reputation inside or outside the network.

Any behavior that causes an individual to feel unsafe, threatened, or targeted.

Harassment, discrimination, or bullying based on race, gender, religion, sexual orientation, or any other personal attribute.
Violations of this policy may result in removal from the community and a permanent ban.
Cheating and Hacking
All players must not use cheats, hacks, or any unauthorized third-party modifications that provide an unfair advantage over other players. Any such behavior may result in a permanent ban from the network.
Inappropriate Content
Players are responsible for the content they create or share while playing on the network or using its services. While player-generated content is allowed, any explicit, offensive, or copyrighted material is strongly frowned upon to ensure the safety and integrity of the network.
Advertising
All players must not promote or advertise external servers, websites, or products without prior authorization.
Privacy
This Rules page does not collect any personal data. Data collection occurs only through the store or other network features. To host the server, we may collect and store player-generated data, such as what players build, their inventory, and other in-game progress, as well as players' usernames, chat messages, and IP addresses, to ensure proper functionality and network security. All data is handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
Real Money Transactions
Players acknowledge that real money transactions for in-game currency may be permitted within the network. Any unauthorized trading or selling of in-game items for real currency is strictly prohibited. This rule may vary depending on the type of server being run.
Hosted Servers Notice
Any servers hosted by Penguin Universe’s Frostwing (including servers running on Penguin Universe infrastructure) may be taken down at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. By using Frostwing hosting services, server owners acknowledge and agree to this condition.
Dispute Resolution
Players, including those who have been banned or wish to report harassment, should report any issues or disputes by sending an email to support@penguinuniverse.us or by opening a Discord support ticket. Reports may include account bans, player misconduct, harassment, or other concerns affecting the community. The network will review all reports carefully and aim to resolve them fairly and in a timely manner. Decisions made by the network are final, but players may provide additional information or evidence to support their case.
Age Restriction
Players must be at least 15 years old to join Frostwing, ensuring they have the necessary knowledge and experience to participate. Age requirements may vary from server to server. Players should verify the minimum age for the specific server they wish to join.
Modification of Terms
Players acknowledge that the terms and conditions may be updated or modified as needed. Updates may occur without prior notification, so players are encouraged to review the terms periodically.
